About This Treatment

UltraShape Power delivers pulsed focused ultrasound through the skin to break down targeted fat cells mechanically, without heating or injuring the surrounding tissue, which is why the treatment is typically painless and needs no anesthesia or recovery period. Over the following weeks the body clears the treated fat cells naturally, with changes usually visible from about one month. Each area takes 30–60 minutes, a course is usually 1–3 sessions, and the treatment is often combined with NobleShape as part of a more complete body-contouring program. For most patients the treatment is essentially painless: there are no needles or incisions, and the focused ultrasound destroys fat cells mechanically rather than by heat, so no anesthesia is needed. Each area takes about 30–60 minutes, and you can return to your normal schedule immediately afterwards. Sensation varies from person to person.
A typical course is 1–3 sessions per area, with changes usually visible from about one month after treatment as the body naturally clears the treated fat cells. The number of sessions and the degree of change vary from person to person, so your doctor confirms a plan at consultation.
