Yes, consultation is free, whether you inquire from abroad or visit in person. Your Chief Director examines you, discusses your concerns, explains suitable options, and gives you a final quote before anything begins. There is no obligation to proceed with treatment afterwards.

Yes. English, Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese are supported through partner interpreters and AI translation tablets, and our coordinators handle inquiries in English by message or email. The clinic has welcomed more than 1,500 international patients since 2020, so every step of your visit, from booking to aftercare, can be handled in English.

We recommend booking at least one week before your visit so a coordinator can be assigned to you and your schedule, interpreter, and treatment plan can be arranged in advance. With that preparation done, and depending on the treatment, you may even be able to begin on the same day as your first consultation.

After check-in, your Chief Director examines you in person, discusses your concerns, and designs a personalized plan with a final quote. The consultation is free, and there is no obligation to proceed. Depending on the treatment, you may be able to begin the same day, or your coordinator will schedule the treatment for later in your stay.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, and JCB cards; cash in Korean won or US dollars; Alipay and WeChat Pay; and bank transfer. Treatments are billed in Korean won, so if you pay by overseas card, your card provider's exchange rate and fees determine the final amount on your statement.

A VAT refund is not available for medical treatments at our clinic. When planning your budget, please use the published Korean won prices on our Pricing page as your reference; the USD figures there are approximate only, and your final quote is confirmed at your free consultation before any treatment begins.

Prices vary by treatment area, number of shots, and your individual condition, so each treatment is shown as a published range on our Pricing page. These are our published non-covered (out-of-pocket) service prices, and we do not run discounts or promotional events. You receive a final quote at your free consultation before anything begins.

Treatments are billed in Korean won (KRW). The USD figures on our Pricing page are approximate, converted at about ₩1,490 to $1, and your card provider's exchange rate and fees may differ. Cash is accepted in Korean won or US dollars, as are major international cards, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and bank transfer.

Most nationalities (including the United States, most of the EU, and Japan) can enter Korea visa-free for up to 90 days, which comfortably covers any treatment plan. This is general guidance only, so please check your own country's entry requirements before you travel.

Three easy options: Airport Limousine Bus 6009 runs directly to Gangnam Station (about 70 minutes, around $15); the AREX train plus subway takes about 90 minutes (around $10); and a taxi or private transfer takes about 60 minutes ($80–120). The clinic is then a 4-minute walk from Gangnam Station (Line 2), Exit 12.

As a guide: allow same day to 2 days for non-surgical treatments such as Botox and lasers; 2–3 days for HIFU lifting; 3–5 days for thread lifting; and 7–14 days for surgical procedures. Your coordinator confirms the right stay for your plan when you book.

We are on the 11th and 13th floors of the WON Building, 121 Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, a 4-minute walk from Gangnam Station (Line 2), Exit 12. For a taxi, show the driver: 서울 강남구 테헤란로 121 원빌딩 11층. It is the building with the Office Depot on the ground floor.

Monday to Thursday 10:00–19:00, Friday 10:00–21:00 for evening appointments, and Saturday 10:00–16:00; we do not close for lunch. We are closed on Sundays and Korean public holidays, so please plan your visit between Monday and Saturday and confirm your appointment time with your coordinator when you book.

Yes. We use only FDA- or KFDA-cleared devices where applicable and genuine manufacturer materials and consumables, across 27 premium treatment devices, and the clinic maintains four sterile treatment rooms. Safety has been our first principle since 2007. All medical procedures carry potential risks, which are explained in detail at your consultation.

Pain management is a dedicated system at the clinic: monitored sedation when appropriate, AirNox nitrous-oxygen analgesia, an X-injector designed to reduce injection pain by about 80%, and topical or cream anesthesia. Comfort varies from person to person, so tell us your concerns in advance.

Every patient receives 3 months of free follow-up by email or messenger (WhatsApp, LINE, or WeChat) after treatment, and video consultations are available once you are back home. Recovery and results vary from person to person, and we stay with you throughout your recovery.
